HR Leaders Masterclass: Enabling a Skills-Based Talent Strategy for the Future of Work

In today's fast-evolving world of work, organisations are undergoing swift transformative changes, requiring to shift focus from conventional job-centric models to a skills-based talent strategy. This shift is driven by the recognition that skills, rather than specific job titles, are and will be the currency of the future, as skills are adaptable, transferrable, and essential in navigating the rapidly changing landscape of work.

Embracing a skills-based talent strategy enables organisations to remain agile and competitive. The approach recognises that skills can be found in diverse places and backgrounds, enabling the hiring leaders to tap into an even broader talent pool. Moreover, enterprises and leaders adapting this approach naturally will be promoting continuous learning and upskilling, fostering a culture of innovation and growth.

Questex, in partnership with Workday, invites you to the HR Leaders Masterclass to discuss the tools you will need to adapt to this skills-based people strategy, and solve your most complex business challenges - across areas of enhancing workforce experience, analysing talent insights, quality acquisition, mobility and development.

Practical use cases in building a skills-based organisation are shared at the event along with insights for efficiently addressing common barriers faced by you, while you shift to a skills-based talent management approach.
